Alhaurín Golf & Hotel - Alhaurín El Grande

Alhaurín Golf took a while to get going but the course is now well settled in and is proving popular with visitors and residents. There is a full - length 18 - hole course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, a 18 -hole par- 3 course and a further short 9 - hole course. The new clubhouse overlooks the ist and 18th holes. There is a golf hotel and equestrian centre here so Alhaurín Golf is the perfect retreat for those seeking clear mountain air just 20 minutes drive from coast. The course is managed by Aymerich Golf Management (AGM).

How to get there: Going on the highway from Málaga, turn off onto the MA-426 highway at Fuengirola. The golf course is about 10 kilometres off the road. Going form Marbella on the highway turn off at La Cala de Mijas and go towards La Cala. When you get to a roundabout with a stop sign, turn right.
