El Chaparral Golf Club - Mijas

Located in a privileged part of the Costa del Sol, this course is highlighted by wonderful views over the Mediterranean and profuse and varied vegetation. The 18th hole, par-72 course was created with the idea of taking advantage of its undulating terrain and the abundant pine forests that dominate the area. With six par-3s, six par-4s and six par-5s, the course offers a wide range of options, both for experienced golfers and beginners.

El Chaparral also features a magnificent clubhouse, illuminated practice range and golf academy. This superb course, designed by Pepe Gancedo, re-opened for play at the start of 2006. The course is managed by Aymerich Golf Management.

How to get there: On the N340, travelling in the direction of Algeciras between Km. 202 and 203, take the service road and continue to El Faro turn- off.
